THOMSON TO BUY AVIMO

PARIS, FRANCE, The french electronic defense group Thomson launched a public offer to buy the whole singaporean Avimo industry, specialized in optronics systems. Avimo acquisition would boost Thomson capabilities in optical sighting and navigation systems.
