COBHAM TO BUY BAE DIVISION

LONDON, GREAT BRITAIN, According with a spokesman of aerospace and defence company Cobham, a contract worth £63.8m has been signed to buy BAE Systems' power and control business, specialized in refuelling systems for military and civil aircraft. This BAE division employs 750 people across two industrial sites.
