PLANE CRASHES IN SCOTLAND, PILOT KILLED
SCOTLAND, The plane was flying from Newcastle to Iceland. The Piper Aerostar was headed to Iceland. It crashed and exploded near a farmhouse close to Fearnoch, on the north side of Loch Tay, Perthshire. The pilot was the only person aboard.
