ANSETT AUSTRALIA RISES FARES
AUSTRALIA, In a statement issued today, the airline said he will rise fares by 9,90 australian dollars per one-way trip to "offset increased operating costs, mainly from higher fuel prices and the current foreign exchange rate". The increase will be effective from December 15. Another australian carrier, Qantas, rose its fares the other day by $10.
