"Open Sky": the member States agree
Brussels, Belgium - Now the Commission will manage the air transport requirements
It will be the Commission of the European Union to manage and to negotiate with other external subjects the technical and regulation issues of the civil aviation of the members States. Indeed it has been voted today from the 15 Countries of the Union a mandate in such sense, that will allow to stipulate agreements like if it's a matter of a "Open Sky" (that turns out to be also the name of the document)....
