Singapore Airlines will cut management staff's pay

Singapore Airlines will take a management staff's pay cut until 27.5%. News has been reported by air company and it will be effective on June 1. The airline said the moves will yield annual savings of USD 12m. In addition, SIA's board decided to waive 50% of the directors' fees. Negotiations are in progress with the relevant unions, regarding wage cuts affecting other staff. (0035)
