Alaska Air Group changed management, after Chairman John Kelly retired at the conclusion of the air company's annual meeting Tuesday. William Ayer, Chairman and Ceo of Alaska Airlines, has been named as new Chairman and Ceo of the Alaska Air Group. Ayer also assumed responsibilities as Chairman of Horizon Air. Kelly spent 27 years at Alaska Air Group. (0035)
