LOCKERBIE: SCOTTISH COURT REJECTS MOTION TO DISMISS CHARGES
SCOTLAND, The judges of the scottish court hearing the case rejected the motion to dismiss charges against one of the two lybians accused of downing Pan Am flight 103 by a bomb. The court said it had heard enough evidence against Khalifa Fhimanto continue the trial against him. The man will remain jailed in Netherlands.
