BUENOS AIRES, La gara riguardante la fornitura di 24 radar al ministero della Difesa era stata vinta dalla americana Northrop. Il giudice Susana Cordoba ha annullato con una sentenza le risoluzioni n.607/99 e 771/99 inerenti l'attribuzione della commessa. Presto si svolgerà una seconda gara.
