Libia assumes the liability of Lockerbie massacre
Tripoli, Libia - It has been announced by Libyan Secretary of State
Libyan Secretary of State Abdel Rahman Chalgam declared today that the Libia accepts to assume own liability in 1988 Lockerbie attack. It's a declaration that confirms that one released on August 2002 by the former Libyan Secretary of State, Abderrahman Shalgam, who expressed Libia's availability to indemnify the relatives of the 270 victims of the tragedy (as published by AVIONEWS on 8/08/02)....
