North Korea is ready to increase its military arsenal
Pyongyang, North Korea - Announcement come by Army Commander
"North Korea will not have other choice that to expand own military force, as deterrent in order to avoid a war and to defend own sovereignty and the security of the Country", Kim Yong-Chun, Commander of North-Korean Army said today, by State's press Agency Kcna. Kim reported that United States would be responsible of an eventual failure in the talks in order to arrest the crisis. (0035)
