GEMINA GETS THE 51,2% OF ADR CAPITAL

ROME, The cartel led by Gemina won the auction for the take over of 51,2% of Adr capital. The 30% of this share will go to Falck, 10% to Impregio, less than 20% to Ital Petroli and 40% to Gemina. The english BC Partners left the cartel. Decision of Council will be ratified in spring. Each share, in stock exchange, will have the price of 20900 lire, italian currency, 10,791 euro.
