In UK'S airports there is a passenger number increase
London, Great Britain - The only fall is to and from Ireland
Passenger numbers at the UK's major airports soared last month. Airport operator BAA's 7 airports handled a total of 8,7 million passengers in February, a 6,3% increase on the same month last year. The biggest rise was at Stansted airport where passenger numbers went up 24,2% compared with February 2002. Glasgow airport numbers rose 13,6%, Edinburgh increased 12% and Gatwick was up 5,9%.
