Also regretting for Portugal decision to not purchase three airplanes (like yesterday published from AVIONEWS, NdR), he declares that the military cargo plan "is an essential program for the European defense". Before the withdrawal of Lisbon there was a step behind from Italy and an order reduction from Germany...
