SURVIVOR SUES SIA: THE CRASH WAS "FORESEEABLE AND AVOIDABLE"

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, A survivor of the crash of Singapore Airlines' flight at Chiang Kai-shek aiport in Taiwan has sued the airline claiming that the accident was "both foreseeable and avoidable."
