Washington, Usa - But Russia declared to be opposite

Saddam Hussein will have 135 days in order to demonstrate to the United Nations inspectors to not possess weapons of mass-destruction; on the contrary he will be disarmed with forced actions. That's what the draft of resolution introduced from the USA previews; now the UN Security Council will have to decide if to discard or to approve it. But a negative opinion has already been expressed today...
