USA fines Asian Airlines with a USD 750 thousand fare

The accusation is to have transported passengers from Seoul to USA via the two islands of Guam and Saipan, that are American territory . In this way the Asian Airlines, second most important carrier of the South Korea, violated the American laws that regulate the air transport and has been condemned, last Tuesday, to a fine of USD 750 thousand.
