70 French paratroopers landed at Ivory Coast

Abidjan, Ivory Coast - To arrange for the African peace force to come

According to Paris government ministry of Defence, 70 French paratroopers have arrived at Abidjan, capital of the African state of Ivory Coast. Their aim, the ministry said, is "to coordinate logistic support to Ivory Coast national army as well as to arrange for the African peace force to come". (007)
