Japan Air System to divorce from Northwest and KLM
Tokyo, Japan - Because they compete with partners of its next "wife" Japan Airlines
"Empire of the rising Sun" Japan Air System (JAS) is set to cancel its co-operation agreements with both Us Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The reason must be looked for in the fact JAS is to merge with Japan Airlines as early as next month, and Northwest and Klm are competitors of JAL's partners such as American Airlines and British Airways.
