September 11: American Airlines not to hold any public ceremony
Washington, Usa - The airline lost 17 employees and two planes in the attacks
Forth Worth-based air carrier American Airlines has announced that in occasion of the first anniversary of September 11 terror attacks - in which it lost 17 employees and two of its aircraft - is not going to held any public ceremony. The company is planning to pay its respects largely out of the public eye, with employees planting a tree in memory of the colleagues who lost their lives. (007)
