Great Plains Airlines in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is to acquire the four Fairchild Dornier 328 jets originally destined for Hainan Airlines but never delivered owing to the Chinese government’s refusal to grant import licenses. Great Plains is the successor to the long established but troubled Ozark Airlines. (004)
