Oman ready to improve its airports

Muscat, Oman - USD 259m to be invested in Seeb and Salalah

The Oman Airports Management Company is likely to invest USD 259m in renewal and restructuring works at Seeb and Salalah airports. Studies should be ready the early 2003. Expansion work at Seeb International Airport would be completed by 2006, raising airport capacity from 2,5 million passengers to 6,5 million. (007)
