New York, Usa - Starting from September 11 new controversial anti-terrorism measures

Starting from September 11 a new anti-terrorism program will be experimented. The U.S. Immigration Service (Ins) will be allowed to take fingerprints and pictures of any incoming passenger in the U.S.A. The initiative is mainly addressed to passengers coming from Muslim and Middle-East countries but the Ins will have the faculty to extend these controls to any suspect person.
