Telecom Italia to sell Telespazio to Finmeccanica group

Milan, Italy - According to an Italian newspaper

According to what reported by the Italian financial newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore", Telecom Italia is to sell 100% of its controlled satellite operator Telespazio to the Italian aerospace and defence group Finmeccanica. The price should range between EUR 240m and EUR 250m, plus debts for EUR 100m. (007)
