Moscow, Russia - A contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars
Russian national air carrier announced the purchase of 18 Airbus A320s. The contract worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but it will benefit from cut in leasing costs after September 11 attacks. The choice of Airbus to renew its fleet had been undisclosed by Aeroflot a few weeks ago. (004)
