Virgin Atlantic and Air India are getting "divorced"

New Delhi, India - As of next August 12

Virgin Express decided to put an end to its code-share agreement with Air India after 2 years of "marriage". The ruling followed Richard Branson statement, who in fact last month, said Uk-India links to be "not commercially viable". Virgin Atlantic started operating two weekly services between London and Delhi in July 2000, using two of Air-India's flight entitlements on the route. (007)
