Aeroflot buys Airbus fleet

Paris, France - Still undisclosed the number of new aircraft concerned

Russian airline Aeroflot has selected Airbus Industrie, a unit of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) and Bae Systems of Britain, to upgrade its medium-range fleet of aircraft. Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Kasyanov, revealed the Aeroflot decision during a conversation in Paris with French President, Jacques Chirac. Kasyanov had not specified the number of new aircraft concerned....
