Kuwait's parliament to put flag airline under investigation
Kuwait City, Kuwait - For possible corruption and bribery
The parliament of Kuwait decided to put under investigation the flag airline Kuwait Airways, to check for possible corruption and bribery after approving a USD 144m projected shortfall for 2002/03. The Bureau has been requested to present a report to parliament within six months. The airline's accumulated losses are estimated at USD 500m. (007)
