London, Uk - The worst result since privatization 15 years ago

British Airways has reported full-year pre-tax losses of GBP 200m (about EUR 317m ) compared with a profit of GBP 150m (about EUR 238m at current exchange rate) last time. It is its worst set of results since privatization 15 years ago. The airline has been hit by the slump in demand for air travel following foot and mouth and September 11 and has also faced intense competition from budget airlines...
