London, Uk - For EUR 500m
Uk based no-frills air carrier EasyJet announced today the acqusition of Go, former British Airways owned-by low-cost airline, for EUR 500m. To finance the acquisition, EasyJet will likely issue shares for EUR 370m. (m/cesn)
