Swissair will not appeal against court decision
Zurich, Switzerland - Which allow Crossair to use 'Swiss' name
Swissair Group will not appeal against Zurich court decision which allow the new Helvetic airline to use 'Swiss' name. Last March 4th a commercial court judge refused to forbidden Crossair to use 'Swiss' and to change name into Swiss Air Lines. According to Swissair an appeal against Court decision would have not anyway allow the airline to change the status-quo. (m/cesn)
