Brussels, Belgium - Eu to examine the affair

According to European antitrust responsible spokesman Michael Tscherny, the agreement on the shares exchange between Alitalia and Air France, "will be examined on the basis of the European antitrust laws". "After a first orientation will be given, involved parts could express a comment of their own, and only afterwards Eu Commission will take its definite decision on the matter". (m/cesn)
