Surge in oil price hits the European airlines stocks
London, Great Britain - The Middle East situation is the cause of the crisis
THe risk of a sudden surge of the oil prices has hit the stocks of most European airlines. British Airways reported the biggest FTSE100 lost, and also Lufthansa and Air France have been hit by the crisis. The risk, comment the analysts, is oil shortage by Arab countries, the largest petroleum producers in this hemisphere. (Gio/B)
