Nato sends an Awacs to watch over Barcelona
Brussels, Belgium - The aircraft will keep an eye over the Catalonian European summit
Nato will send one of its Awacs to fly over Barcelona during the Ue summit planned for next Friday and Saturday. Atlantic Alliance Executive Council decision followed a Ue Spanish president previous request. According to Nato spokesman "it’s just for precaution and not a reaction to a menace". (m/cesn)
