Cologne, Germany - Ifca and Ifsa awarded Crossair catering
The new born Helvetic airline, Crossair, has been awarded in Cologne with the Mercury award. Swiss airline catering service and its "Pan'e Olio" (an olive oil-based sandwich)received the prize from the International food catering association (Ifca) and from the International food service association (Ifsa).
