Visegrad Group Countries push a Mil Mi-24 modernization project
The program will involve 140 helicopters
Countries of the Visegrad Group, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, are to reach an agreement to modernize the ex-Soviet Mil-Mi24 combat helicopter, about 140 of which are in these countries as an heritage of the Soviet period. After a meeting between the defense ministers of the four countries, has been established that the sign of the agreement will be made for the next May. (Gio/B)
