Ryanair financing its fleet

London, UK - 26 millions of shares, EUR 6,25 each

The low-cost carrier Ryanair has increased its capital by 3,6%, issuing 26 millions of shares worth EUR 6,25 each. The new shareholders gave a total of EURm 162,5, that will be used to finance the purchase of 100 Boeing 737/800 recently ordered. (um/ru)
