FIRST COMPENSATION CLAIM FOR NEW YORK CRASHED AIRBUS PRESENTED
USA, Has been presented at New York court the first compensation claim for a value of 225 USDm, by Margarita Del Carmen Montan, the wife of one of the 265 people died in the Airbus A-300 aircraft crashed on Queens quarter on November 12. According to the claim, American Airlines would have not performed "every action" to avoid the crash.
