BRAATHENS SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE TAKE OVER
NORWAY, Braathens announced that 98% of its shareholders agreed to accept SAS takeover. The deal was previously approved by competition authorities too. SAS said it is now expecting the remainder of its terms to be accepted.
