USA, President Bush has declared he is thought likely to use emergency powers which can delay 60 days the announced 13,000 mechanics strike at United Airlines. This strike could push the struggling US carrier into further massive financial difficulties. Unions promotes the strike as their represented workers claim they have had not received a raise in pay for seven years.
