BA AND LUFTHANSA INTERESTED IN ACQUIRING SWISSAIR'S STAKE IN POLISH LOT

WARSAW, Polish Deputy Infrastructure Minister Andrzej Pilat announced that British Airways and Lufthansa are interested in taking over Swissair's 25,1% stake in polish LOT. "Swissair informed the Polish side that it is willing to sell its stake (in LOT). There are other airlines who are ready to buy these shares" Pilat added.
