PARIS, FRANCE, According to declarations of Air Lib French carrier management, the airline is in financial difficulties but is not in failing conditions, as affirmed in several press articles. The French Government, of which President Chirac has visited yesterday the airline headquarters, seems to be interested to support airline activities.
