USA, According to unofficial sources, President Bush intends to quit Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty by the end of the week. The White House neither confirmed nor denied the report. "It is the president's decision to make and he will decide when it is appropriate to let the American people know he has made it " said White House communications director Dan Bartlett.
