RUSSIAN PLANE MAKES EMERGENCY LANDING

MOSCOW, A Tu-204 passenger plane operated by the Minvodyavia airline, carrying 73 passengers and 20 crew members, had to make an emergency landing at Krasnoyarsk airport today after the flaps on both wings didn't retract. The aircraft was en route from Khabarovsk to Minvody. None was injured.
