ESTONIA RESUMES AN-28 FLIGHTS

TALLINN, Estonia yesterday resumed An-28 flights after the ban imposed following an An-28 crash last Friday. "The experts reached a conclusion that this was not a technical fault of a certain type of plane and the flights were allowed again with some restrictions", said the head of the state aviation board, Toomas Peterson.
