JAPAN TO START PASSENGER AIRCRAFT PROJECT

TOKYO, Local sources announced that the japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is to promote a project to develop a passenger aircraft that would be put to commercial use in 2010. Three companies are competing for the deal, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. , Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd.
