AN-28 GOES DOWN IN ESTONIA
ESTONIA, A chartered Elk Airways An-28 plunged into the Baltic Sea on Friday evening. The plane went down two kilometers before the airport runway on Hiiumaa island. One of the 17 people aboard was killed, four people and a pilot were seriously injured. The plane was coming from Tallinn, in Estonia. The voice recorder and the flight data recorder have been recovered.
