JAL TO CUT 5000 JOBS

TOKYO, JAPAN, According to a Japan Air Lines spokesman, the carrier will cut about 10% of its workforce, say 5000 workers; also Japan Air System according Japanese newspaper Asahi, will prepare to cut "a noticeable number of jobs".
