BRUSSELS, "We have cancelled all flights until 3.00 pm when we will reevaluate the situation. I'm afraid the flights will not resume", said Wilfried Remans, a spokesman for belgian Sabena. He added that an announcement is to be released after the board meeting. Remans declined to comment about negotiations with Virgin Express.
