BRITISH AIRWAYS ANNOUNCES A 25% PASSENGER DECLINE AFTER TERRORIST ATTACKS

LONDON, British Airways' chairman Lord Marshall, told at a civil aviation summit that the number of passengers travelling on BA declined by 25% after September 11. Lord Marshall added that BA is close to achieving the 7200 job cuts announced last month and further reductions would be planned unless passengers return to air travel.
